Daily logs
Feeds, diapers, sleep, baths, and medicine — plus age-appropriate milestones, with separate sets for babies and toddlers versus big kids.
For families & their care teams
Juniper keeps parents, co-parents, nannies, and home managers on the same page — daily logs, calendar, to-dos, messages, your Junie AI assistant, and the nanny's hours and pay, all in one shared app.

The everyday chaos
A baby tracker here. The family group chat there. A shared calendar nobody updates. A notes app holding the nanny's hours. A spreadsheet for mileage. And a sticky note on the fridge doing the real work.
Why we built Juniper
"It started with a hunch, six years ago."
I was nannying professionally for multiple families at the time, and I kept noticing the same problem everywhere I went: every household had its own patchwork of calendars, childcare notes, and to-do lists — scattered across paper, apps, and text threads.
And it wasn't just the day-to-day tasks. Tracking my hours was messy. If I spent my own money on something for the family, getting that expense documented was tedious. Mileage? An even bigger hassle. And every so often came the conversation no one wants to have — gently reminding an employer that a payment had been missed. Keeping up with it all, on both the nanny's end and the parents' end, was its own kind of full-time job.
Then I became a house manager, and I felt it firsthand.
Now I was the one juggling a running written to-do list, a Google calendar, a printed calendar taped somewhere in the kitchen, and a constant stream of texts — all just to keep one household on track. Things still slipped through the cracks, because there was no single place holding it all.
Now, I run a house management staffing agency.
"This isn't a 'nanny' problem or even an 'employer' problem. It's a household problem."
I see this same gap, from the other side, in nearly every household I place someone with. It made one thing obvious.
"And I'm not just building it — I'm living in it."
Juniper isn't theoretical. I use it every day to track my own baby's feeding and sleep, right alongside our to-do lists and calendar. And our nanny uses it too — which means I get to see it from both sides at once: the parent side I'm living now, and the nanny and house manager side I lived for years before this. That has let us actually perfect it, not just guess at what a "someday" household might need.
That's why I built Juniper.
It's a true all-in-one space — built to keep everyone on the same page, updated in real time, with notifications so nothing gets missed. A place to store important information and contacts, build out a household playbook, save and send ideas to our AI, Junie, and track and calculate every expense without the back-and-forth.
Here's exactly what that looks like inside the app.

What Juniper does
Feeds, diapers, sleep, baths, and medicine — plus age-appropriate milestones, with separate sets for babies and toddlers versus big kids.
One color-coded household calendar everyone sees, synced with Apple and Google Calendar.
Assign tasks, set recurring chores, and let the app remember the weekly stuff so no one has to.
Tell her what's on your mind and she sorts it into calendar events, to-dos, and groceries — she already knows your family's allergies, likes, and routines.
1:1 and group chats with photos and read receipts, so the details don't get buried in a text thread.
Allergies, pediatricians, Wi-Fi codes, bedtime routines, emergency contacts — the answers anyone in your home might need, in one place instead of in your head.
With location verification, plus overnight and overtime pay rates handled automatically.
Log trips as they happen instead of reconstructing them at the end of the month.
Snap a photo when you spend your own money — reimbursement stops being a conversation.
Request time off and get employer approval right in the app, with a record both sides can see.
Hours, mileage, and expenses roll into a single combined report instead of three separate ones.
It's not tracking your employee nonstop — it simply lets you know when the nanny arrived at a set destination in the app.
Peace of mind for parents, and real respect for the people who work in their home.
How it works
Tell Junie about your family — who's who, what they love, what they dislike, the activities and routines that fill your week — and the app tailors itself to you. Junie prefills your calendar, to-dos, and household details, so setup takes minutes instead of a weekend. Then share your invite code with your partner, nanny, or house manager and everyone lands on the same home screen.

One shared calendar, daily logs, to-dos, and messaging. Change something and everyone sees it instantly — no group text required.

Hours, mileage, and expenses roll into one payroll report, automatically calculated at the rate you set — so no math is involved. Review it, send it, done. No spreadsheets, no awkward reminders.

Stuck on a rainy afternoon, this week's dinners, or what actually needs doing before the weekend? Just tell Junie. She knows your family — allergies, likes, dislikes, routines — and she doesn't just give advice. She updates Juniper for you, so everyone in your household sees the change right away.

Tell her what's on your mind the way you'd tell a friend, and she puts it where it belongs — calendar events, to-dos, grocery items — then shows you a quick recap of what she did. She remembers the details you've already given her, like allergies, bedtime, and who likes what, and can look up activity ideas, local events, and recipes when you need them.
